By accessing or using GPTImg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to the public website, account features, image generation tools, subscriptions, credit purchases, and related support flows.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you use with GPTImg and for maintaining access to your sign-in method.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with the service.

GPTImg currently uses a credit-based model. Some credits may come from free signup rewards, some from one-time purchases, and some from active subscriptions.

Subscription credits renew according to the billing cycle of the selected plan. One-time credit packs do not expire unless we explicitly state otherwise at purchase time.

Payments and subscription billing are currently processed through Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals, and included credits are shown on the pricing pages and checkout flows.

You may not use GPTImg for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party rights, fraud, platform interference, or prohibited content generation.

You remain responsible for the prompts, reference images, and downstream use of the content you create through the service.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules

GPTImg provides tools for generating and editing images, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in production, commercial, legal, or safety-sensitive contexts.

We do not guarantee that generated outputs will always be accurate, non-infringing, error-free, or suitable for a specific business purpose.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of GPTImg at any time, including models, pricing, features, upload limits, or generation workflows.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages, provider issues, or third-party service failures may affect generation, storage, or billing flows.

When generation fails because of service-side or provider-side errors, GPTImg may automatically restore credits according to the current product logic.

Refund eligibility for subscription or payment disputes depends on the facts of the case, applicable law, and Stripe payment status.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTImg is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the service.
