GPTImg currently collects account, billing, generation, and support-related information needed to run the service.
- Account details such as name, email address, and profile image provided through Google sign-in
- Prompts, reference image URLs, generated image records, and related generation metadata
- Credit balances, subscription status, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, and transaction history
- Support messages and troubleshooting details you choose to send us
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate GPTImg, authenticate accounts, process payments, store assets, run image generation jobs, refund credits when appropriate, and provide customer support.
We may also use product and operational data to improve reliability, fix errors, prevent abuse, and refine the user experience.
3. Service providers in the current stack
GPTImg relies on third-party infrastructure providers to run core parts of the service.
- Google for account authentication
- Stripe for subscription billing, checkout, and payment records
- Cloudflare R2 for storing uploaded reference images and generated image files
- APIPod and related upstream model providers for image generation requests
4. Storage and retention
We store account and generation data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, or comply with legal obligations.
Reference images and generated files may remain stored until deleted, removed by product policy, or no longer needed for the service.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable steps to protect account, billing, and stored image data, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information in prompts or reference images unless you are comfortable with the risks of online processing and storage.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact us about account, billing, or privacy-related questions. Where required by applicable law, we will review requests to access, correct, or delete personal information.
Some data may need to be retained for billing records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance even after an account-related request.
7. Children
GPTImg is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent.
